My name is Darren. I love taking photos and creating relationships with people. 

I picked up a camera 10 years ago for a digital photography class and fell in love with taking pictures of people. There's something so special about capturing someone right where they are. 

My favorite thing about photography has to be the people I meet - I love meeting new people, I love getting to know individuals, and I love meaningful conversations.

When I'm not taking photos, I'm usually writing, running, or reading a good book. I graduated from college with a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. I'm interested in advocating for marginalized communities and am passionate about individual mental health.

My photos are a reflection of the relationship I have with my clients and meeting them where they are. I love greenery and foliage and bringing out vibrant colors in my photos.
